With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and healthcare, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live more independently. My passion for health and performance led me to complete my degree in Physiotherapy, allowing me to combine hands-on clinical expertise with a deep understanding of the body in motion.

As a Specialist Physiotherapist, I have experience across Respiratory care, Neurology, Musculoskeletal (MSK), Elderly Care, and Unplanned Urgent Care. I’m committed to supporting individuals at every stage of life - whether recovering from illness, managing long-term conditions, or striving to return to peak physical performance.

I also specialise in sports massage and deep tissue massage, which can help reduce pain, improve circulation, relieve muscular tension, enhance recovery, and prevent injury.
