A little bit about me:

I’m Julie Stewart, a married mum of three young adults, a Certified Nutritional Therapist, Functional Nutritionist, and Psychological Life Coach with a passion for whole-person healing. I qualified with distinction under Dr. Khush Mark, PhD, at the New School of Nutritional Medicine, and I integrate Rapid Relief Homeopathy, functional testing, and psycho-neurobiology-informed coaching into my practice.

My Philosophy:

True wellness begins with understanding the unique interplay between mind, body, emotions, and lived experience. I work with individuals to uncover underlying motivations and imbalances using a trauma-informed, bio-individual framework that honours each person’s story. Whether you’re navigating chronic symptoms, emotional overwhelm, or simply seeking deeper alignment, I’m here to support you with compassion, curiosity, and practical tools that empower lasting change.

My Story:

Growing up in France in a family of mixed French and African heritage, food was more than nourishment, it was connection around the table. Meals were where we shared stories, laughed, and built bonds with friends and family. This early experience shaped my love for food and its power to bring people together.

My journey into health and wellness was deeply personal. After my best-friend's mum passed away suddenly from an asthma attack aged 46 when we were kids, then losing my own father a few years later to a heart attack before he was 50, witnessing my father-in-law’s decline with Alzheimer’s, and myself surviving a traumatic childbirth that led to sepsis, I understood how precious good health truly is and how it impacts not only us but those we love. What began as a search for answers became a calling to help others reclaim their vitality.

My Approach:

I combine nutrition, functional testing, Rapid Relief Homeopathy, and mindset coaching to explore root causes of chronic symptoms while supporting emotional wellbeing. To me, wellness means creating the right conditions for your body to feel safe enough to heal providing the ingredients, environment, and support it needs to restore balance naturally.
