After a 15-year career in investment banking, I turned to yoga and found a path to healing, balance, and renewed purpose. Trained in the Himalayas with over 300 hours of teacher education, I combine mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to support physical health, mental clarity, and emotional wellbeing.
My classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and inner calm—helping you reduce stress, improve energy, and reconnect with yourself. Yoga is a personal journey, and everybody is welcome. All you need is an open heart and an open mind.
As a qualified sound healer, I’ve experienced the profound effects of vibration and frequency on the mind and body. Sound healing uses specific tones and frequencies to restore balance, release tension, and promote deep relaxation.

Through the gentle resonance of singing bowls, the body is guided into a state of harmony—reducing stress, improving sleep, easing anxiety, and supporting emotional and physical wellbeing. Each session offers a soothing space for renewal, clarity, and inner peace.
