At Breathe with Haylee, you’re invited to pause, breathe, and gently reconnect with yourself. Breathwork is a safe, natural, and therapeutic practice that helps calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and release stored stress and emotion from the body. It supports better sleep, improved focus, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself and others.

I’m Haylee, a certified Breathwork Facilitator based in London. My own experience of navigating stress and emotional overwhelm led me to discover the profound healing power of the breath. What began as a personal practice soon became a professional calling - helping others cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and inner peace through conscious breathing.

Each session offers a supportive, confidential space to explore how breathwork can bring your body and mind back into harmony. Through guided conscious connected breathing, you’ll learn to release tension, quiet the mind, and access the body’s innate capacity to heal and restore balance.
