Personal Trainer

I’m Melinda, a passionate Personal Trainer with over a decade of experience helping others feel strong, confident, and empowered. My love for movement began at the age of five and has taken me through a lifelong journey of gymnastics, dance, athletics, swimming, and equestrian sports. At eighteen, I discovered my true passion for fitness and the gym became my second home.

After raising my children, I decided to follow my calling and qualify as a Personal Trainer. Today, I bring my knowledge, energy, and empathy into every session—working closely with each client to understand their unique needs and goals. My approach is supportive, motivating, and designed to make fitness enjoyable, sustainable, and deeply rewarding.
