With over 25 years in the catering industry, I am a qualified chef who has been specialising in personalised nutrition since 2017. I create bespoke meal plans tailored to health and fitness goals, working with private clients, gyms, and individuals managing serious health conditions across North and Central London. My mission is simple: to show how the right food can transform health and wellbeing.

My passion for nutrition began in 2015, when my mother was diagnosed with Small Cell Lung Cancer. Driven to explore how diet could support recovery, I researched, tested, and adapted her meals. The results were life-changing and inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others benefit from the healing power of food.

Through my family-run Meal Prep Group, I combine culinary skill with nutritional expertise to deliver meals that are both nourishing and delicious.
